My Grandma turned 85 on Sunday.   It is always a special day when I go visit her.

Update

Wow, it has been in the 90's this last week way above average for this time of year, just like much of the country.  So I stayed inside and did some cleaning and updated my Etsy shop.   Be sure to stop by and take a peek at my yard sale stash.

Design Wall Monday

I finally finished my Quilt of Valor for a local quilt store and she will finish it and give it to a local veteran.

As for what is on the design wall.  Nothing yet but there will be soon.

Is it really June?

I don't think the tempature has reached 50 degrees today and the wind is blowing, it feels more like Feburary. But the ducks and geese sure do like it!  This gives me a good excuse to stay inside and do a little sewing and make meatloaf for dinner.  Maybe tomorrow will be better.

YARD SALE

I'm Back....

I returned from quilt camp Sunday evening.   Sunday was the nicest day of the year so far I think it was about 80 degrees.  Camp was lots of fun.  We stayed up too late, ate too much and sewed sewed sewed.
Can't wait until Oct. for the next one. Forgot the camera so no pictures.  I will post some when I unpack get some rows sewed together. Looking forward to this weekend going to a quilt show with friends.

Quilt Camp Here I Come!

Starting today I'm going to the Palouse Divide Lodge for a fun filled weekend of quilting with friends.
The car is packed with lots of fabric, projects and snacks.  I just hope the snow is gone!
